There are four types of waterproofing guarantee, ranging from a product guarantee, on our most affordable products, to a system guarantee, that provides you with the peace of mind of knowing that the flat roof system and workmanship are guaranteed for your project.

To ensure confidence and certainty In Icopal waterproofing systems, much of our range carries third-party, independent testing and accreditation such as BBA certification, to demonstrate system suitability, guaranteed performance, and product service life.
Installation quality
Installation quality
We’re committed to quality. Every project that requires a guarantee that covers a system and or workmanship must be installed by a BMI Icopal approved contractor. Additionally, the Icopal Site Inspection Team will carry out interim and final sign-off roof inspections throughout the installation process.
We have two Approved Contractor schemes; the IMA, our premium approved contractor network and our Team Icopal approved contractor network.

Routine Maintenance
No matter the roofing system, waterproofing, or warranty, flat roof maintenance is essential to maintain your roof and the performance of flat roof materials. It's also required by industry Standards. We recommend you carry out and record biannual maintenance.
