The latest version of a document will be available on our website. To check if you're viewing the latest version of a document, look for the document’s version number and date of issue. This information is typically displayed at the top or bottom of the document, next to a unique document identification code.

The latest version of a document will be available on the BMI website, we recommend you check for a document in the downloads section of the website in the first instance - https://www.bmigroup.com/uk/downloads/. If you believe you’ve accessed an outdated version of a document, please reach out to our Technical Services team using the contact details below.

We don’t currently offer notifications for document updates, but we recommend checking the website regularly for any updates to important documents, particularly before making a decision including purchasing materials. Alternatively, please contact our Technical Services team who can support in providing the most recent version of a document or directing you to where it can be located on our website.

The latest version of any document is available for download on our website. To access it, simply visit the relevant product page and locate the most recent document under the "Documents" tab. Alternatively, you can go to the "Downloads" section, select "All Downloads," and use the filters to find the document you need.

Using an outdated version of a document may lead to inaccuracies or missing information. We strongly recommend ensuring you're working with the latest version to ensure you have the most accurate and current details.

Pre-existing information or older versions of documents will be removed from the website. However, a stakeholder or customers can request older versions of a document from the BMI Technical Services team.
