How To Order Your PlanMaster Report
Step 1: Register for a BMI InTouch account to access PlanMaster
Create your account on BMI InTouch, the service portal where you can access the free PlanMaster Roof Measurement Calculator.
Step 2: Select Your Project Type
Choose between either a residential or commercial roof report. Residential reports are for pitched or flat roofing projects less than 300m², commercial roof reports can be ordered for pitched or flat projects between 300m² and 15,000m²
Step 3: Enter your project address and confirm the location
Input the project location, and our system will generate a map for you to select the correct property or properties.
Step 4: Order and receive your report within 48hrs

How accurate is PlanMaster roof measurement data?
The roof measurement data provided within your PlanMaster report will be a minimum of 95% accurate across the whole roof area.
What requirements do I have to consider when using PlanMaster regarding accessibility and visibility of the selected roof/roofs
A PlanMaster report should only be ordered if the following conditions are met: A building is correctly identified on the map. The roof structure of the building is completed and construction work is not yet underway. The view of the building from above is not obstructed by tall trees or other structures. The total roof area of the building is less than 15,000 square meters.
What are the limitations of the PlanMaster service
A PlanMaster Digital Roof Measurement report cannot provide:
An understanding of the condition of the roof
Determination and measurement of drainage points
Drainage calculations
Upstand heights and penetrations of roof edges
Exact details of the parapet width
A tapered insulation calculation
Project data for roofs over 15,000m²
